By entering the premises of any of our venues, you understand that photographs and/or video will be taken to document the night's event and that these images may be used on the web or in advertisements solely to promote "Diva Royale", its affiliates and nowhere else. You also understand the nature and content of this production show. During certain acts in the show, patrons from the audience are brought on stage to participate in various routines. These "appearances" may include suggestive dance moves, a kiss on the cheek, physical contact, or a harmless spank. It's all in good fun of course, but if you feel that any or all of these examples may offend you or someone in your party, please make us aware of your declination to participate in these activities if, or when asked.
We are not responsible for any inappropriate language or behavior by our staff or any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Please keep any personal items secured or with you at all times. OBJECTS AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend the show and a government-issued photo ID is required to enter the club regardless of age. No person under 21 years of age may consume alcoholic beverages and as a safety precaution, guests under 21 are required to turn in their IDs and may be asked to leave when the Diva Royale Show ends.
Guests will not be permitted to enter the club if they are visibly intoxicated and will have to reschedule their show tickets for another night when they're sober. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject anyone from the premises due to disorderly behavior without issuing a refund.
